GE Healthcare unveils ‘CarePlan,’ a tailor-made suite of support services
Building on the Saudi Ministry of Health’s mandate to strengthen the Kingdom’s healthcare infrastructure, GE Healthcare has unveiled a bespoke suite of support services, ‘CarePlan,’ to meet the entire spectrum of Saudi healthcare providers’ needs.
Tailored specifically for the Kingdom, Careplan enables healthcare providers to achieve enhanced clinical outcomes, improved efficiency, and patient safety, through a broad range of innovative services that go beyond the traditional labor and parts support into a full range of services spanning education, digital support services, asset management, options and upgrades.

The services will be available in three tiers: ‘CarePlan Essential,’ ‘CarePlan Swift,’ and ‘CarePlan Absolute.’ Through ‘CarePlan Essential,’ GE Healthcare enables providers to customize their service contracts with the optimum mix to fit their budgets, while upholding the highest standards of quality care. ‘CarePlan Swift’ maximizes returns on investment and productivity through increased uptime by swift intervention. ‘CarePlan Absolute’ enables providers to maximize their operational efficiencies through high performance, spearheaded by privileged personalized support, training, and upgrades.
All ‘CarePlan’ customers can take advantage of the repair centers and warehouses strategically located in Jeddah and Riyadh, in addition to having access to a dedicated toll-free hotline and fully-trained call center agents with a 10-second response time, ensuring that customers receive personalized service.
