KSA to complete King Khalid Medical City in 2018
The executive director of Clinical and Medical Affairs at King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Dammam, Dr Ibrahim Al-Arifi, has said that work on building the King Khalid Medical City is set to commence at the end of 2014, Arab News has reported. Saudi Aramco has allocated the land for the project 20 km southwest of Dhahran, he said. Set for completion in 2018, King Khalid Medical City will be constructed on an area of about 700,000 sq m and include 1,500 beds. The total cost of the project is SR4.6bn.
