Lebanon’s IPS buys 52% stake in MEIVO

Lebanon-based pharmaceutical firm, Integrated Pharma Solutions (IPS) has said it has acquired 52.48% of MEIVO Pharmaceuticals in Egypt, The Daily Star has reported. “This move falls within the vision of IPS to create a network of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the Middle East and Africa,” IPS Group Chairman Ahmed Yacout said. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
