SCH to set up health call centre

Qatar’s Supreme Council of Health (SCH) has said it plans to set up, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, a health call centre within three months to receive complaints or queries from the public about health care providers and services, the Peninsula has reported. “The ‘health call centre’ will receive complaints and inquiries about services of the Hamad Medical Corp, Primary Health Care Corp and the private health care providers functioning under the SCH,” said the Assistant Secretary General for Administrative Affairs at SCH, Ahmed Abdullah Al Khulaifi.
