Sunbulah Group announces plans for global growth at Gulfood following major success in Middle East market
Sunbulah Group, the leading value added frozen foods & natural honey company based in Saudi Arabia,announced plans to focus on consolidating its regional market presence and global expansion following major success in the Middle East.
The announcement was made at the Gulfood trade show, the region’s biggest food exhibition, where Sunbulah Group has the largest exhibitor presence with a two-storied booth featuring live cooking demos – a reflection of its leading position in the market.
The Group currently holds a dominant market share in the Middle East frozen pastries segment and the leading position in natural honey products, with its Al Shifa honey brand holding the lion’s share of the market. Sunbulah is also a major player in the frozen vegetables market – commanding a leading market share in its home country Saudi Arabia. All in all, Sunbulah is at the forefrontof the value added frozen foods retail market in Saudi Arabia and is looking to expand this leadership position throughout the region.
The company has enjoyed a strong growth trajectory, doubling its business every 4 years, a momentum it is keen on maintaining and bettering.
