SushiArt builds on its success announcing two further openings in Middle East
SushiArt, the sister company of the globally renowned SushiShop, is pleased to announce the launch of two further outlets in the Middle East. On the 20 February 2014, SushiArt opened in Dubai’s latest hotspot, The Beach, whilst the third outlet is set to follow in mid-March 2014 at The Galleria, Abu Dhabi, where guests will be invited to indulge in the extensive menu of masterpieces that have impressed sushi enthusiasts worldwide.
Founded in 1998, the brand has developed a unique menu, refined and perfected by a team of top chefs, including multi-Michelin-starred Chef Joel Robuchon. With over one hundred recipes, guests are treated to a symphony of flavours from authentic Japanese sushi to the best of French influences. Aficionados around the world have embraced this fusion kitchen, which integrates a strong French gastronomic legacy into its premium range of products.
The menu consisits of seven delectable recipes by Robuchon, including the Crispy Lobster with banana yuzu sauce and Spicy Cucumber Salad with marinated garlic. The celebrated chef was invited to create a beautiful, unique range of items to tantalise diners with flair, creativity and the finest ingredients. Renowned for his astonishing 28 Michelin stars, as well as six award-winning outlets in Japan, Robuchon was a natural partner for SushiArt with his invaluable experience of Japanese cuisine.
The extensive menu is also the result of the culinary imagination of internationally renowned French master chefs who have contributed more than fifteen years to the brand’s success. With their help, SushiShop now has 100 restaurants internationally and has become the number one European leader in sushi delivery. The Spring Roll, for example, is a SushiArt adaptation of the classic Maki Roll – wrapped in rice paper and lettuce instead of nori seaweed. This innovative change allows for a combination of new, tasty ingredients such as mint, pine nuts, truffle sauce and cilantro that offer guests a unique, refreshing taste tantalising taste buds.
