Moussa Al Dweik has been taken on board to spearhead the Sales & Leasing division as the General Manager of Tibiaan Properties. Holding a Masters Degree in Business Management from Maryland University Columbia, USA, Moussa has been in Oman for four years, previously holding the position of Director of Sales & Marketing with Aman International, a company specialising in offering innovative business development solutions.
With significant experience of over 13 years in sales and marketing across key GCC countries including KSA, Bahrain and the UAE, Moussa brings with him a wealth of experience in marketing strategies, operational management, sales services as well as regional exposure. While each real estate market is unique to the country, Oman has a lot of potential in the coming years, Moussa strongly feels.
The new General Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective strategies for the leasing department as well as identifying new opportunities to increase sales. He aims to focus on building a strong data base for Tibiaan Properties as well as increase customer satisfaction. Fluent in Arabic and English, Moussa is confident of reaching out and connecting to the residents of Oman, providing them with turnkey solutions for all their real estate requirements under one roof.
