Following the completion and handing over of the first-phase of Shamal Community, Lootah Real Estate Development, a high-end real estate developer in the UAE, broke ground for the second-phase of Dh350 million Shamal Community development project located in Jumeirah Village Circle.
The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by top executives of Lootah Real Estate Development, Arif & Bintouk, Consulting Architects and Engineers of the project and officials from the main contractor.

With an overall project cost of AED 350 million ($95 million), the total size of Shamal Community area spans over 147,000 Sq Ft. The second-phase of Shamal Community is called Shamal Residences, an ideally located magnificent cluster of 1024 residential units that include 792 studios and 232 lofts. The average size of each studio apartment is from 650 to 769 sq ft. The size of each loft is 1100 sq ft.
The second-phase of Shamal Community is scheduled to be completed by June 2016.
