• Oversee the daily operation of School.
• Supply information called by the education department.
• Coordinate with the various government agencies for affiliations of various education boards.
• Ensures the activities of the school are conducted in accordance with the rules laid down by the local authority, State Education Department and the respective Board of Examination (IGCSE).

Provide PDD asset teams with advice and guidance on Petroleum engineering activities that directly impact the client’s short and long term field development plans. These roles include but are not limited to:
Carrying out medium and long term technical studies aimed at meeting well requirements and enhancing efficiency in the areas of well technology, surface facilities, feasibility assessment and field pilot, test/projects.
Provide other teams within PDD support and technical assistance on running economics and Risk Assessment studies with decision trees.
Assessing, evaluations and performing detail economic evaluations within the development of longer term view of all of the client’s fields.
Coordinating PDD and contractors/consultants participation in relevant projects and presenting findings to management, development teams and concerned outside authorities.
Directing major study and project proposal formulation for development projects to enhance hydrocarbon recovery.
Directing and participating in monitoring relevant production data for producing wells to identify production stimulation opportunities.
Reviews exploration, field development and other plans to ensure technical integrity. Coordinates special studies to support PDD teams and/or to meet specific Shareholders' requirements.
Presents work plans and reports to concerned teams, committees, Shareholders and other interested authorities.
Ensures that all proposals for new/enhanced well technology meet the client’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Conducts, directs and participates in reservoir characterization studies in the Asab Field, monitors the interpretation of all available geological data in order to improve the geological models of producing and/or undeveloped/potential reservoirs. Builds 3D geological models by incorporating reservoir rock typing, structural, seismic, SCAL data and performances uncertainty analyses. Evaluates geological uncertainties in the subsurface by defining and ranking geological scenarios. Supports reservoir engineers in the simulation studies. Initiates and follows up closely on all geology related studies in new reservoirs carried out by consultants or shareholders in assigned field/concession area. Assists in integrating geological study findings with other studies undertaken by the assigned team. Acts as a source of guidance to less experienced reservoir geologist and provides training in 3-D modeling studies.
a. Develops, directs, and participates in geological reservoir studies aimed at constructing and/or improving geological models. Includes coordinating and defining coring, logging and testing requirements.
b. Coordinates and checks the preparation of geological requirements and geological predictions of appraisal and development wells.
c. Coordinates and participates in the preparation of reservoir appraisal sheets. Includes reviewing and evaluating test results.
d. Participates in the definition of contracted special field testing related to reservoir geology. Includes defining scope of special test required, preparing specifications, evaluating bids and recommending final award and contract features as assigned. Ensures contractors’ compliance with contract terms and schedules and monitors progress and performance through regular activity reports. Also verifies contractors’ invoices, recommends payment or adjustment as appropriate.
g. Directs less experienced reservoir geologists in the team and carries out more complex studies as required. Includes providing advice and assistance to reservoir geologists carrying out studies, such as advising on appropriate data, input and analyses of results. Reviews and/or prepares study progress reports and ensures adherence to Company and professional standards and procedures established for such studies.
h. Ensures the overall receipt, calibration, plotting tabulation of data and updating files of database, used in reservoir geology studies. Includes establishing new tests as appropriate, establishing priorities and schedules for calibration, computer manipulation and plotting of received data. Reviews results to ensure appropriate output is provided to other Reservoir Geologists for incorporation into their studies. Also ensures computer data bases, well-files and related project files are updated and that appropriate copies, indexing and storage of data is carried on time.
i. Keeps abreast of new development in reservoir geology. Includes attending and representing the Company in conferences, symposia, forums, society meetings and relating functions to identify new development of interest to Company. Prepares reports/papers on such functions and circulates to other parties concerned.
j. Participates in the ongoing training and development of UAE national employees as assigned. Includes assessing employee training and development needs, preparing structured familiarization, programs, monitoring progress and counseling employees as required.
k. Knows the Company health, safety and environment policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility. Ensures that work under his control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Conducts effective accident investigation and follow up. Implements specific safety management system program activities assigned to him.
