Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Telecommunications Company, is delighted to announce the winners of its Automatic Bill Payment campaign, which was designed to encourage customers to avail of one of the most convenient bill payment methods.
The first two winners are A.Mohsin Omran Mohd Alomran and Taliya Ismagilova. They have both won a full year’s payment of their 2013 phone bill.
The Automatic Bill Payment service is targeting Batelco’s Fixed line and Mobile customers. Batelco has developed this service to save its customers the hassle of the monthly task of paying their various communications bills through the various channels.
“We have introduced this innovative bill payment solution in response to numerous requests by customers demanding assurances that their telecommunication services will not be disconnected if they couldn’t pay their due bills on time for any reason,’ said Batelco General Manager Consumer Division Muna Alhashimi

Bahrain’s leading banks have collaborated with Batelco to deliver the time saving new innovative service. The banks already on board are Ahli United Bank, National Bank of Bahrain, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Standard Chartered Bank, CITI bank, HSBC, Bahrain Islamic Bank and Ithmar Bank.
Customers are invited to visit any Batelco Retail Shop to specify the amount to be automatically paid every month and complete a special form in order to set up the Automatic Bill Payment service through their respective bank.
The service meets the needs of customers with busy lifestyles and those who do not like to use electronic channels for bill payments. Customers are invited to try out the new service which is fast, flexible and reliable, and also free of administration changes.
