du’s small and medium enterprise (SME) customers in Sharjah are invited to participate in the company’s third Business Help Roadshow, to be held on 3 June at the Sharjah Rotana, from 10am-7pm. The Business Help Roadshow concept brings customers together with du’s experts for face to face advice, in an open atmosphere that resulted in 75% on-the-spot resolutions at the last Roadshow event.
Hany Fahmy Ali, Executive Vice President – Enterprise Business, du, said: “The Business Help Roadshow is an innovative channel as part of our continuous efforts to deliver a higher level of customer service and experience. The concept brings our expert panel right to the customer, so they can get in-person answers and resolutions without the need to travel far from their office – and our past events have been able to deliver tangible results. Our past successes have given us the confidence to further improve our next Roadshow, which will be held in Sharjah, and we trust that the initiative will help to strengthen our relationship with customers.”
He added that du plans to make the Business Help Roadshow a monthly event, rotating throughout the emirates.
Nine out of 10 attendants at the last Business Help Roadshow found the location of the event to be appropriate. The first Business Help Roadshow was launched in March 2014 – with the first two being held in prominent business districts in Dubai. As the first event of its kind, the Roadshow goes to the customers in order to address their needs within their own areas, in a full-day open house format that invites attendees to share their issues, challenges and questions in the areas of billing, technical, and sales for both mobile and fixed services. du’s experts will be on-ground throughout the event, offering face to face sessions to deliver faster resolutions – with a most of customer issues raised at the first event resolved on the spot.
