Mobily offered subscribers who joined Fallah free service 3000 calling minutes and 2GB per month and for a period of two months for free, through launching a new promotion targeting the youth category for those whose age ranges between 15 – 25 years.
Mobily allowed its youthful customers to add Fallah service program on any of their prepaid or postpaid packages by sending an SMS to 1100 contains the word ‘Fallah’.
Accordingly the customer will receive 3000 calling minutes and 2 GB for free to be shared between the members of this program, whereas the free internet promotion requires the customer to send an SMS to 1100 containing “Sub 2G” after his registration with Fallah is successful.
Mobily launched Fallah Program earlier this year within a new concept which differs from all other services and packages offered by telecom companies to accommodate the youth interests and aspirations within their personal perspective of their daily life details. It is the first service of its kind in the region that allows the subscribers to take advantage of many features, apart from free minutes and internet. Moreover, this service allows subscribers to retain their basic packages and take advantage of its free features.
The Fallah program members can use Fallah application which is available for iOS and Android devices. This application provides the users an innovative way to know all their friends who already added Fallah service by checking the contacts list. Accordingly they have the opportunity to join Fallah community, invite the friends to join the program and to share their free calling minutes with them.
Mobily is always keen to introduce this service through establishing activities and events for the youth such as the Mondial – Fallah tent which took place in Riyadh and Jeddah during the world cup wherein Mobily displayed all the FIFA world cup matches for free, in addition to Mobily’s partnership with Jeddah Comedy Club which currently presents very interesting shows and will continue to do so until the end of April 2015.
