Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, continues its extensive Corporate Social Responsibility program during the Holy Month of Ramadan by organizing interactive visits to hospitals to share the blessings of Ramadan with children and patients.
The company’s volunteers visited the hospitals during this blessed time of year to distribute gifts and Girgeaan to children and their families and celebrate the occasion in a family atmosphere full of joy and happiness.
Zain mentioned, “The annual hospital visits initiative is part of the company’s solid CSR campaign during the Holy Month, where the company aims to share the joys and blessings of Ramadan with different segments of the society. Zain’s volunteers visited the children’s units of a number of Kuwait’s biggest and most prominent hospitals, including Zain hospital, Ibn Sina, Al Amiri, NBK, Al Farwaniyah, Al Razi, and Al Jahra hospitals.”
The company further expressed its heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all the parties involved in organizing the visits including hospital staff, officials, children’s families, and the volunteers themselves, who all helped draw a smile on the faces of the children.
Zain highlighted, “The aim of undertaking the annual hospital visits during special occasions is part of the company’s commitment to celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan through ongoing social activities that generate a sense of generosity and caring. As a responsible telecommunications company, Zain looks to improve the lives of the people within the communities it serves.”
