du YouTube Support Videos channel offers round-the-clock expert advice, tips and guidance to customers

Taking customer service to the next level, the du YouTube Support Videos channel offers access expert advice and help, which answer common questions and give customers step by step advice through short and simple videos on how to resolve issues that might occur with their mobile, landline, internet or television subscriptions. This innovative, 24/7 accessible tool allows du to connect to customers through social media.
There are currently more than 50 videos in Arabic and English available on du’s YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/theduchannel, some of which feature advice and explanation by experts in du. The videos were produced in collaboration between du’s Customer Service and Brand and Communications teams, and new videos are regularly being added. To date, the videos have received more than 100K views, and have received hundreds of likes.
