Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), the master developer of major tourism destinations in Abu Dhabi, announced today that the construction of the third phase of the Saadiyat Beach Villas (SBV), which comprises 77 luxurious residences, is progressing with the villas slated for completion in June 2015. This new addition of villas will raise the total number of residences within Saadiyat’s villa-based community to 428 units. The third phase was fully sold off-plan following its launch in April 2013.
Since the start of construction, work has been progressing across various zones. As of early July 2014, a total of over 5,386 cubic metres of concrete have been poured on site forming the sub structure of the villas, and over 1,882 cubic metres of concrete for the super structure. Major substructure works have been delivered and it is expected to be fully completed by the fourth quarter of this year. The progress includes the construction of ground floor columns, first floor and roof work.

This shows that Saadiyat is fast becoming a coveted residential address, which will be enhanced once the island’s other developments come online, especially the museums.”
The Saadiyat Beach Villas comes in four and five-bedroom villas available in Mediterranean Standard style, with a 449 square metre built-up area for a standard four-bedroom villa whereas a five-bedroom villa will be 542 square metres. Inspired by the desert and the Mediterranean, each home is characterised by outdoor terraces, stone veneers and detailed balcony railings while the interiors include spacious rooms, premium fittings and a vibrant colour scheme. Furthermore, residents can enjoy the community’s landscaped parks, play areas for children, swimming pools and terraces, state-of-the-art gyms, and basketball and squash courts.
