Food connoisseurs were in culinary heaven at an exclusive event showcasing the eleven head chefs at Emirates Palace.
More than 300 ambassadors, CEOs and senior managers, as well as members from the local media, treated their taste buds to more than 50 varieties of dishes, ranging from fresh seafood to marinated meats and delicious desserts, created with Italian, Arabic and Asian recipes.
The evening was held at the beachside terrace with the backdrop of the beautifully illuminated Emirates Palace.
“Our chefs were excited to showcase their best dishes to our VIP clientele,” said Sandro Gamba, Executive Chef at Emirates Palace. “As a little gift, we gave our guests recipes from each chef and a small jar of homemade Arabic spices, a specialty of the Oriental Kitchen, to bring a sample of our passion and diversity into their own kitchens at home.”
The evening celebrated the diverse culinary talent brought forth by the executive team of multi-national chefs. Head chefs from each of the Palace’s restaurants, including award-winning Mezzaluna, BBQ Al Qasr, Sayad and Mezlai, presented their best dishes alongside the chefs from the pastry, banquet and oriental kitchens.
