Jannah Hotels announced the integration of BBM, one of the largest private social mobile networks, into its hotel management services, Zawya has reported. All employees at Jannah have been equipped with BlackBerry smartphones, including the all-touch BlackBerry Z10 smartphone and the youthful and fun QWERTY BlackBerry Q5 smartphone, to ensure they are constantly connected and achieve operational excellence through BBM. Internal requests between departments are coordinated through the mobile messaging platform and directed to the relevant department for prompt action. By bringing all employees on BBM, Jannah Hotels is able to access real-time updates on guest requests and operational challenges. This enhanced efficiency and raised customer satisfaction levels.
