With their strategic partners of hotels and money exchange centers, Korooti celebrated the distribution of the Postcard No. 800,000 promoting UAE as an important tourist destination. The postcards were given for free to the visitors and residents of Dubai as a massive social activity within UAE and through 300 outlets.
Korooti honored the hotels participating in this campaign by appreciation certificate. The event took place at Emirates Grand Hotel, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La , Hilton Dubai Creek, Premier Inn Airport road, Holiday Inn Al Barsha, Corp Executive Al Khoory , Versailles Hotel, Ramada Deira Hotel and Montreal Hotel.
Mr. Tariq Farekh the CEO of Korooti, announced that the love of UAE was the reason to start this social activity and it’s a small contribution from Korooti to promote UAE as an important hub for the tourists. He added that Korooti will continue distributing the postcards plus the discount vouchers and will welcome other sectors to join Korooti’s social activity.
As for the postcards, they are considered as nice gifts and an added value from the service provider. The visitors on the other hand can re-mail the postcard out of the country through the post offices or take them back home as a nice souvenir to remind the visitor with their good times spent in Dubai. These postcards are funded by the company’s other profitable activities such as SMS, designing and printing services.
According to the CEO of Korooti, they distributed 200,000 free discount vouchers promoting retailers and restaurants at The Dubai Mall. He said that the feedback from the participants were great since the users spent their day at the mall according to the free vouchers they received from Korooti.
With the new concept that Korooti started in UAE, the discount vouchers are considered as great tool to promote retailers, restaurants and service providers. According to Tariq Farekh Korooti is drawing a map for the visitors and residents of Dubai to enjoy a pre-planned day at the shopping malls.
