Sandeep Kamal is the new Executive Chef for Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah.
Sandeep is Indian and has earned a Diploma in Hotel Management at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition in Bhubaneswar, India. He is a senior member of Emirates Culinary Guild, a founding member of Oman Chefs Guild and a winner of various recognitions.
Sandeep has decided to join Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah after 15 years of experience in India, Oman and the U.A.E, being the Executive Chef in Hotel Ibis, New Delhi, Holiday Inn Al Barsha, Dubai, and Park Inn Hotel, Muscat. Before that he was working as the Executive Sous Chef in Radisson Blu Media City, Dubai, Chef de Partie at Grand Hyatt, Dubai and Executive Sous Chef in Holiday Inn, Manali, and others.
