Taameer’s The Wave Plaza Hotel to be ready by Q4 2016

Oman-based Taameer Investment has announced that the construction of the OR25m The Wave Plaza Hotel is expected to start in the last quarter of 2014 and it will become operational in the first quarter of 2016, Times of Oman has reported. The 200-room hotel will be built in the marina of The Wave and will comprise suites, a number of restaurants, a business centre, multi-function rooms, and rooftop recreation facilities and a fitness centre, the firm said. It will be managed and operated by Shaza Hotels, member of the Kempinski group.
