Iran Civil Aviation Organisation has accused Germany, France and the UK of trying to block the supply of jet fuel to Iranian airliners under the guise of unilateral sanctions, saying these countries were violating the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation, Fars news has reported. “Since 2010, certain European countries have refrained from supplying fuel to the Iranian planes in their airports,” said the organisation’s deputy director, Mohammad Khodakarami. “These countries have been violating the international laws ruling the international aviation industry for over three years,” he added.
