Job Responsibilities · Working towards product uploads on the site using various software, tools & excel.· Coordinate with internal teams like warehouse, customer service, post production, merchandising teams to get the information· Responsible for providing support for the day-to-day management of the data and visual content of all products· Responsible for entering, migrating and sorting of product related data · Complete the quality check and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered· Organize, tag and archive visual content (images) for all products· Promptly report any data errors to your line manager· Work on the WCMS to update non-product content as per refresh schedule
The position is responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Ensure customer satisfaction - Help Customer - Resolve Customer Issue - Implementation of marketing and sales plans, and apply the policies adopted. - Selling company products & publicize it. - Follow-up with customers and improve the service provided to them - Creating new opportunities for sales by identifying potential customers and set to work on attracting new customers, in addition to providing suggestions for new opportunities according to customer need. - To provide excellent & professional level of customer service to new & existing customers. - Addressing customer complaints, and take the appropriate decision, raising the issue to the Director of Marketing and Sales in the event of the problem exceeded the powers of the supervisor.

• Write, edit and create content. Repurpose content as needed. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, video, print (whitepapers, case studies, fact sheets) and in-person. • Develop strategies and innovative content to promote sports products related content• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• the ability to do copyediting and make better recommendations; and branding experience• Experience in writing content on Health/Sports domain will be an added advantage
