General Automotive Company recognises service staff at Mitsubishi Muscatdealership
General Automotive Company, the sole dealers for Mitsubishi in the Sultanate, take immense pride in the talented team of after sales staff who maintain the values, quality and performance of the Mitsubishi brand in the Muscat region. In order to recognise and reward the hard work and dedication shown by the Mitsubishi after-sales team, GAC recently held their Annual Performance Awards at the GAC after-sales staff event.
The Annual Performance Awards were heldin recognition of the efforts of the service staff from the capital region, each of whom have played a key role in delivering customer satisfaction and building loyalty in the marketplace. Employees who had made exceptional contributions during the year 2013 were commended and given special recognition by the top management at General Automotive Company.
Commending employees on their outstanding contributions, Mark Tomlinson, General Manager at GAC noted, “With one of the widest dealer networks in the world and certainly within the region, GAC, as the sole Mitsubishi distributor, has been regularly commended by the Mitsubishi Motors Corporation for its efforts and achievements in the Sultanate. This would not have been possible were it not for the commitment andhard work of our team.”
He added, “Such drive for customer excellence does not go unrecognised and we believe that each of the award winners truly demonstrated admirable skills and abilities throughout the year and truly deserved the recognition they received. In addition to the awards, the event, which was held at the Oman aviation club, also included entertainment and games for all the attendees to enjoy.
