Jaguar to press ahead with ‘Project 7’

British luxury carmaker, Jaguar has announced plans to make up to 250 of the F-Type Project 7 after showing it off at one of the UK’s top auto events, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, USA Today has reported. The Project 7, to be built by Jaguar Land Rover’s Special Operations Team, will be a street-level handmade roadster that carries the nostalgia of the brand’s top racers. It will have performance to match, with a 5-liter supercharged V-8 that can reach 60 mph in 3.8 seconds, the company said.
