Kuwait to set up supreme civil aviation council

The Kuwaiti cabinet has approved a draft law to set up a supreme civil aviation council, Kuna has reported. To be headed by communication minister, the 12-member new body will have interior ministry undersecretary as vice president, while other members includes air force commander, commerce and industry undersecretary, communications ministry undersecretary, director general of the customs directorate, director general of the civil aviation, and a representative from the finance ministry, the report said.
