Total to give away 200,000 Personal Accident Insurance policies in UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain
There has never been a better time to protect your vehicle engine now that Total is offering free Personal Accident Insurance worth up to QR150,000 to drivers in Qatar. Total has tied up with leading international insurance provider AIG to roll out the new campaign.
Starting 1 April until 30 May, on the purchase of Quartz engine oil, customers will receive 12 months of free cover on the spot.
A four-litre container of Quartz 5000 will offer QR25,000 worth of protection and four-litre packages of Quartz 7000, 9000 and 4×4 products come with QR50,000.
Customers can buy up to three policies each during the great-value promotion, providing up to QR150,000 of personal accident cover free of charge.
“Our Quartz lubricant range offers unbeatable protection for your vehicle’s engine, and with our latest campaign, drivers are safeguarding both themselves and their vehicle, without the inconvenience of paperwork and approvals,” said David Kalife, Managing Director of Total Marketing Middle East (TMME).
“Our premium Total Quartz synthetic lubricants protect vehicle engines over longer distances, up to 15,000km compared with 5,000km for conventional mineral oils, and they maintain high performance in extreme conditions of heat and cold.”
Customers simply pick up a voucher with their purchase of Quartz engine oil, then SMS the code on the voucher to a secure phone number with their name, licence plate and contact details. The policy is activated within minutes, providing hassle-free personal accident cover around the clock in nearly all countries worldwide.
“Total Marketing Middle East hopes to reach more than 200,000 beneficiaries during the two-month campaign across the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain,” said Stephane Flambert, Vice President Sales Support at TMME. “While promoting the best-in-class properties of our Quartz engine oils, we are rewarding customers for their loyalty to the leading engine oil brand in the Middle East.”
