Volkswagen Middle East announces appointment of new After Sales Director
Volkswagen Middle East announced the appointment of Paul Peters as the region’s new After Sales Director. Peters’ new position will see him focus on the continuity and development of the region’s after sales network and the brand’s commitment to Service Excellence.
Peters was appointed to the position following the departure of his predecessor, Norbert Fischer, who has returned to the Volkswagen Group headquarters in Wolfsburg after a successful three-year service.
Prior to his new role, Peters was Director of After Sales for Volkswagen Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he was tasked with establishing and leading Volkswagen After Sales in conjunction with the founding of the company in the Kingdom.
In his new role, Peters brings new perspective and global experience having held the position of After Sales Area Manager for Russia for over two years, during which time he was responsible for the After Sales Business of Volkswagen Passenger Cars and the development and tracking of manufacturer guidelines and projects across Russia.

Peters’ appointment comes at an exciting time for Volkswagen Middle East, who recently announced record-breaking retail network growth with the opening of six world-class showrooms and a series of state-of-the-art service facilities, as well as major enhancements to the existing network.
