Loyalty brings benefits at Grand Millennium Dubai
A customer loyalty scheme has been launched at the Grand Millennium Dubai, aimed at giving regular guests and residents access to discounts, special offers and value-added packages.
The BENEFIT programme not only offers instant discounts of 20% on dining from the a la carte menu at the hotel restaurants – including Toshi (Pan-Asian), the Belgian Beer Café and The Atrium (International Restaurant) and Crystal Bar – but also provides incremental benefits, 30% discount on all menu items and packages at jasmine spa and much more discounts.
According to General Manager Peter Mansourian, “The aim is to reward our guest who regularly stay, dine or spa at the hotel as well as incentivise new business and build a community of hotel supporters.”
He explained, “The BENEFIT programme which primarily profits visitors to the city. It also provides rewards for Dubai residents who regularly spend on dining or spa treatments, those people who are loyal year-round”.
Features of the BENEFIT scheme include 20% discounts on the best available rate for all room types, on airport pick-ups and drop-offs, on all theme night buffets excluding free flow packages (Toshi and The Atrium only).
In addition, members can enjoy 30% discount on six months and one year Health Club membership and 50% discount on laundry and dry cleaning.
