Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence seeks to broaden markets at ATM
Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence will continue to source and attract new markets, strengthen business relations and enhance its market presence at this year’s Arabian Travel Market (ATM).
The property witnessed excellent growth in revenue and average rate during the first quarter of 2014 in both leisure and corporate segments and the team aims to continue that success during the second quarter of the year. The Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence team will work to keep and increase its share of the city’s key markets which include Europe, Russia, CIS and the Middle East, as well as attract new markets like Asia.
“Dubai’s tourism industry has witnessed significant growth over the past years. The city welcomed more than 11 million guests in 2013 and the government is working very hard to achieve the target of welcoming 20 million visitors a year by 2020,” said Alper Can Bulcum, the hotel’s general manager. “The announcement of the World Expo 2020 bid has further enhanced Dubai’s position as a key tourist hub for travellers across the world so we intend to maximise this opportunity and we are optimistic that we will have continuous growth this year and the coming years.”
With new infrastructure like the Dubai Tram in place and the opening of new attractions such as the Beach Mall at The Walk, a famous outdoor destination in the city, Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence is capitalising on its location to attract both leisure and business travellers for a thriving 2014.
The 45-storey tower property offers 356 units of superior and deluxe studios, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom suites, loft suites and penthouses that are ideal accommodations for local and international travellers.
