Staywell reveals ambitious plans for coming years

Staywell Hospitality Group CEO and managing director Simon Wan has revealed ambitious plans for the coming years. “We are negotiating for two new hotels in Dubai – one in Business Bay, one in Marina. That will add 600 rooms to our 400-room stock,” he added, Hotelier Middle East reported. Staywell Hospitality Group is looking to finally deliver its long-awaited Middle East growth, with deals close to being signed for hotels across the region. The Australian company opened the Park Regis Kris Kin in Dubai at the end of 2010 and has another property under development under the same brand in Morocco.
