Tamani Marina Hotel and Hotel Apartment acquires ISO 9001 certification
Tamani Marina Hotel is now an ISO 9001 certified five-star property following the granting of the world’s most-recognized quality management certification with three years validity.
The certification has been done by the UK-based United Registrar of Systems’ (URS) Middle East office based in Sharjah following the satisfactory completion of all the required assessments, procedures and processes. Training had been provided to staff before and after the certification process for an effective compliance.
The scope of activities of ISO 9001-2008 certification covers the hotel and hospitality services. The certification is valid until February 2017 and will be due for renewal for a similar period. The hotel’s certification will be entered into the Academy of Certified Businesses’ (ACB) commercial website database which is known to be used by many companies who have a policy of using certified suppliers.

It will also help improve operational performance and motivate and engage staff with more efficient internal processes and win more customers with better customer service. Tamani Marina Hotel is an all-suites luxury-defining property with 245 units spread over 55 stories in the picturesque Dubai Marina and overlooking The Palm.
