Tuscany welcomes new Chef De Cuisine
Known as the award winning and signature restaurant at Grand Hyatt Muscat, Tuscany welcomes the recent appointment of Chef Salvatore Salis as the new Chef de Cuisine.
Salvatore Salis joins the culinary team at Grand Hyatt from Italy as he takes on his new role in Oman. Salvatore previously worked in international restaurant chains in Morocco and Qatar before leaving Italy. He also participated in an Italian Culinary Festival in Doha last year. Chef Salvatore was also a partner at an Italian restaurant in La Terrazza sul mare, Italy.
