Huawei Technologies appoints Assistant President for the Middle East

A senior telecommunications professional with over 28 years experience in the telecoms industry, Ihab will be responsible for driving Huawei’s business in the region besides being instrumental in developing strategies related to marketing, human resources, social activities and administration. Ihab is also responsible for establishing and developing key relationships with clients and operators across the region.

During his previous assignment as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) with Huawei Technologies, Ihab was responsible for establishing and developing key relationships with operators across the MENA region, as well as promoting and introducing Huawei’s Enterprise Solutions to businesses outside of the telecommunications arena. Prior to joining Huawei, Ihab spent most of his career with Etisalat, a leading operator in the MENA region.
