BankDhofar promotes Mohammed Al Balushi as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources
Effectively managing and motivating employees are part of the tasks that Mr. Al Balushi will be spearheading, including developing competencies that enhance individual and overall organizational performance, setting an organizational culture and a driving force to steer BankDhofar towards success.

Mohammed Al Balushi carries over 16 years’ of experience at BankDhofar and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cardiff University as well as being an associate of the Canadian Institute of Bankers.
