RTKL launches Dubai office, names John Robertson as General Manager

RTKL has appointed John Robertson Ncarb, AIA, as General Manager of the office. Mr. Robertson joined RTKL in 2005, and has extensive experience in the region. His leadership and strategic foresight have been instrumental in growing the firm’s Middle East portfolio and forging relationships with leading developers and investors.

RTKL, which has offices throughout the United States as well as London, Madrid and Shanghai, is part of the Arcadis network. RTKL is currently working on several projects in Dubai and throughout the Middle East, including Mirdif City Centre, a retail center in Dubai scheduled to open in early 2010; Baraya, a mixed-use development in Doha, Qatar; Bahrain City Centre in Manama, Bahrain; and Saraya Mosaic City, a masterplanned mixed-use community in Aqaba, Jordan.
