W Doha welcomes Arabic cuisine Chefs

Chef Nasir Khan joined W Doha as Chef de Partie, specializing in Arabic hot and cold mezzah and hot dishes with a special focus on Turkish salads. He has worked in Munich, Germany, and in five-star hotels in Pakistan, Oman and Abu Dhabi and Ajman, UAE.

Chef Sherzad Joseph is an Oriental chef with an expansive background as a Chef de Partie. He has worked with large banquet settings and fine dining restaurants, as well as trained kitchen staff in the art of Arabic cuisine. He achieved a degree in Syria at the Intermediate Institute of Hotels with an Assistant Licenser in Hoteliers’ Science with a Culinary specialization. His experience has taken him from Ethiopia to Syria and Lebanon.
