Jay is one of the region’s leading power and infrastructure projects lawyers, and joins from the Abu Dhabi office of Patton Boggs. He has over 20 years experience in project finance, including the development, acquisition and financing of power plants, ports and transport projects as well as aircraft and rail leasing. He represents overseas and domestic banks and financial institutions, private equity funds, developers, contractors and equipment lessors in regional and cross-border transactions.

Jay will utilise his significant experience in the Middle East to maintain Al Tamimi’s position as one of the leading corporate, M&A and dispute resolution firms in Qatar and extend their penetration in the crucial projects and infrastructure sectors in this energy rich market.
