The Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) corner at Oman’s annual flagship ICT exhibition – COMEX 2014, which was held recently, attracted a line-up of business owners and investors in the field of ICT, as three local and international companies participated under the umbrella of KOM showcasing their cutting-edge services to various investors.

Infoline, a leading organisation in Oman catering to Information Technology and Outsourcing needs of the companies across all verticals, introduced its best and latest service offerings to the customers at COMEX. “This year we aimed to get few of our partners on board, and showcase the value adds that the new call center technology that we have implemented can offer. Among the services we highlighted were Business Process Outsourcing (Contact Center Services, Finance and Accounting Services, HR Outsourcing); IT Solutions and Services (ERP Implementation & Support, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Solution, Asset Management, Helpdesk & Support Services, GIS Application, Life Cycle Services, and Managed IT services); and Professional Services,” said Khamis Al Balushi, Director of Operations at Infoline.

On the other hand, ITON, the leading software development, services and software Products Company in Oman, is engaged in creating state of the art technology advancements in the form of software products.
