Bloom Business Services signs management agreement with Regus

Bloom Business Services, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding, has signed a deal for Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, to operate and manage Bloom’s Business Center in Sila Tower 1, Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.

Located at the heart of the new Abu Dhabi Central Business District, the business centre will offer high-quality, flexible and ready-to-go office space to local and international businesses and investors. The agreement will see the centre take on the Regus brand name and integrate with the firm’s global network of over 2,600 locations in over 100 countries.

The Sila Tower 1 is part of a spectacular mixed-use waterfront development on Al Maryah island. The centre is close to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in an area known for its diverse mix of multi-national companies working across the financial services, law, property, and oil and gas sectors.

Accessed from landscaped public areas and featuring a spacious and bright marble-lined lobby, the Business Center is already one of the most vibrant business hubs on Al Maryah Island. It has space for 200 workstations across a gross leasable area of 1800 square meters as well as super-fast internet connectivity and a range of business services from mail room support to video-conferencing to meet demand from corporate clients.
