CBRE Middle East announces two key appointments

CBRE, the global real estate consulting firm, announced two new appointments to its growing business in the Middle East.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector, Kevin Gadsby joins CBRE Dubai as Director and Head of Building Consultancy and is tasked with developing the firm’s growing building consultancy practice. Based in the region since 2006, Kevin most recently served as a senior project manager for Qatar Project Management (QPM), overseeing the $ 800 million Al Houara Coastal Resort project.

Margaret MacDonald joins as an Associate Director in the firm’s valuation team. Based in Abu Dhabi, Margaret provides valuation and development advisory for secured lending, accounting and other purposes on behalf of banks, financial institutions, funds, investors, property developers, public listed companies and government entities. Prior to this, Margaret worked with Jones Lang LaSalle for almost 10 years in different roles across the UK and Poland.
