Dubai real estate brokers now required to take annual test

Dubai’s Real Estates Regulatory Agency (RERA) has announced the addition of a new key condition for the renewal of the real estate broker card of brokerage offices, Gulf Today has reported. Real estate brokers are now required to pass the annual test convened by the Dubai Real Estate Institute, the department’s educational arm, in order to be eligible for card renewal. Brokers will have to register for subjecting to the test one month before expiry of their cards to allow providing seats for them in the institute.
