Egyptian Housing Ministry signs Cooperation Protocol with 3 banks to finance 2 units

A Cooperation Protocol was signed lately between Egyptian Housing Ministry and Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Housing and Development Bank (HDB) in order to finance residential units in Madinaty and Rehab cities that owned by New Urban Communities Authorities (NUCA) through mortgage finance system, Zawya reported. The protocol includes 624 apartments from 58 meter square to 162 meter square the prices are ranging from EGP388.000 to EGP1.138m. The booking will continue till August21 and it will open again in September for those who desiring getting residential units via mortgage finance system, with paying 25% of the unit’s value as a deposit to reserve apartment and the rest of price will pay within 3 years.
