RSG International launches building no. 4 in Bay Square

Following the huge response to the launch of Bay Square, RSG International, prime real estate and property developers in the UAE, unveiled their latest project Building No. 4 in Bay Square earlier this month. This well-planned commercial boutique building has been segregated into 60% commercial and 40% retail space, which makes it the smallest commercial freehold building in the Dubai’s property market.

Imparted with special privileges, Building no.4 is the only commercial building within the portfolio of Dubai Properties Group that are allowed to sell retail spaces.

Bay Square is set in the surroundings of scintillating water bodies and picturesque skyline of Dubai. Specially designed with a grand five storey parking space of 175 in the basement, Building no. 4 is spread across in five levels.
