Saraya Aqaba signs agreements with Colliers International and Mace Macro

Saraya Aqaba recently signed agreements with Colliers International and Mace Macro, two prestigious international companies that specialize in commercial real estate services and facilities management respectively.

Under the agreement, Colliers International will create a solid development plan for Saraya Souk that aims at helping Saraya Aqaba meet the market needs of the city of Aqaba as a shopping destination and that is in line with the wider vision of Saraya Aqaba.

Mace Macro will provide strategic consulting services related to the development of the project’s operational phase structures, the processes and procedures that ensure quality in delivery and sustainability. Mace Macro will also offer facilities management services that guarantee superior customer service.

Mr. Soud Soror, General Manager, Saraya Aqaba, confirmed that the new partnerships fall in line with Saraya Aqaba’s commitment to develop its project to the highest standards and specifications. “These agreements will enable us to provide the best services to the residents of our residential units and the owners and tenants of our commercial units as our new partners are experts on a global level and are renowned for their expertise and professionalism in these fields, and they have completed many successful projects across the globe.”

Saraya Aqaba is Saraya’s flagship destination and is located on the north shore of Aqaba in Jordan. The project comprises approximately 634,000 sqm of master planned development that will be built around a man-made lagoon, adding approximately 1.5 km of beachfront to the Gulf of Aqaba. The approximate total cost of the project is over one billion USD.
