Moussa Al Dweik has been taken on board to spearhead the Sales & Leasing division as the General Manager of Tibiaan Properties. Holding a Masters Degree in Business Management from Maryland University Columbia, USA, Moussa has been in Oman for four years, previously holding the position of Director of Sales & Marketing with Aman International, a company specialising in offering innovative business development solutions.

With significant experience of over 13 years in sales and marketing across key GCC countries including KSA, Bahrain and the UAE, Moussa brings with him a wealth of experience in marketing strategies, operational management, sales services as well as regional exposure. While each real estate market is unique to the country, Oman has a lot of potential in the coming years, Moussa strongly feels.

The new General Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing effective strategies for the leasing department as well as identifying new opportunities to increase sales. He aims to focus on building a strong data base for Tibiaan Properties as well as increase customer satisfaction. Fluent in Arabic and English, Moussa is confident of reaching out and connecting to the residents of Oman, providing them with turnkey solutions for all their real estate requirements under one roof.

Fahad Al Ismaili, Executive Director of Tibiaan Properties, commented, “We are pleased to have Moussa on board and are confident that his background in business development and strengths in marketing will help to further entrench the company brand as one of Oman’s most reliable and professional real estate service providers.”

Setup in 2002, Tibiaan Properties incorporates a wide portfolio that incorporates real estate brokerage, property management, project sales and leasing (residential and commercial), land sales, consultation services as well as market research and valuation reports. One of the fundamental principles of Tibiaan has been to simplify property investment for clients and maintain transparency at all times in dealings. This has resulted in customers returning whenever there is a requirement, positive feedback by word by mouth and a reputation for Tibiaan as reliable service providers.

Last year, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Sultanate’s first Islamic bank, Bank Nizwa, that enables customers of Tibiaan Properties to opt for Islamic financing solutions and avail the bank’s wide ranging property products, quick processing and approvals as well as transparent prices and charges.

It was adjudged the gold winner in Oman Web Awards 2012-13 from nearly 300 entries spanning 26 categories, clinching the trophy for the best website.
