UAE Energy Minister Suhail Al Mazrouei discusses how the Iran sanctions may impact OPEC, his outlook for oil prices and how downstream expansion plays into the U.A.E.’s energy policy.

He speaks to Bloomberg’s Tracy Alloway at the Adnoc Downstream Investment Forum in Abu Dhabi.

OPEC and non-OPEC producers are a 24-country aliance and what’s important for them is to reach the right levels of inventories, and incentivise investments.

But are sanctions on Iran a source of worry, as OPEC climbs to $100, with both factors affecting supply and demand?
