Paul has 30 years of experience with Bain, supporting clients all over the world across a broad range of industries, on topics such as strategy, organisational effectiveness, customer and operational excellence, merger integration and business transformation.

He co-authored the book Decide & Deliver, which highlights the crucial role of decision effectiveness in business and individual performance.

Before joining Bain, Paul was a European brand manager with Procter & Gamble. Paul received his degree from Cambridge University and has a diploma in Corporate Finance from London Business School.
