Brisk business and highest footfall records at ‘Indian Property Show’
14th edition of Indian Property Show held at Dubai World Trade Centre over 3 days from June 12-14th, 2014 concluded successfully over the weekend. Having received phenomenal response, the exhibition witnessed highest number of visitor footfall in its history. Over 22,000 people visited the show while exhibitors did brisk business with increased number of enquiries and business transactions.
Sunil Jaiswal, CEO Sumansa Exhibitions, organizers of Indian Property Show, said, “We had a fabulous show, it was indeed the best ever in terms of number of visitors and business. I think the promising outlook and the healthy environment after the formation of a stable Govt. at center were few of the reasons which attracted such a great number of people to our show.”
Alok Anchan, Assistant General Manager Rajesh LifeSpaces commented, “We had a very good number of walk ins to our booth at the show. There was immense crowd, much higher than any of the shows we have attended in the past, leading to about 300 business leads and I am confident of converting and selling about 25000- 30,000 sq ft. We are truly delighted with our association with Indian Property Show.”
Nishant Singhal, Director Strategy – Investors Clinic said, “We have been participating in this exhibition for last 3 years, however this time the event was very special because change in govt has happened in India and it has significantly revived sentiment towards investing plus the footfall was way better, hence we are expecting very good conversions as compared to last events.”
Expressing his happiness, Sanket R. Kathe – Assistant Manager – Marketing Soundlines Realty said, “It was an ideal platform set up by Sumansa to interact with the NRIs in Dubai. We are thrilled with the response that we received throughout the show and appreciate Sumansa’s efforts. The arrangements were fantastically done and every query was catered to immediately. In a nutshell, I would like Sumansa to keep up the good work and would definitely wait to hear about the next show dates.”
On the other hand, visitors seemed equally thrilled and happy, a visitor to the show, Manoj Chaurasia felt that the exhibition was very nice, everything was perfect and lots of options were available. He has previously visited the exhibition twice and wants to buy a property in Mumbai. Another visitor, Vasudevan looking for a property in his hometown Chennai expressed that the exhibition was very good, all exhibitors had good information and there were a lot of options to choose from. He felt it was a good place to do pre research before the purchase.
Overall, Indian Property Show June 2014 event did great business and both visitors and exhibitors are now looking forward to the next show.
