Expats accounted for nearly third of KSA population in 2013

Saudi Arabia’s Central Department of Statistics and Information (CDSI) has said the kingdom’s population has reached 30 million in 2013 and will rise to 37.2 million in 2020, Saudi Gazette has reported. Saudis accounted for 20.3 million of the 2013 total, up 2.15% over a year earlier, while expatriates accounted for around one third of the population, at 9.7 million, said the CSDI.
