Pioneers to invest $172m this year

Egyptian financial services firm, Pioneers Holding has announced plans to spend EGP1.2bn ($172m) this year to complete ongoing investments and implement new ones, Reuters has reported. The company offers market research and investment banking for retail and institutional clients in Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain. The firm, which specialises in brokerage services, did not give details on its investment plans, but said it was studying new opportunities.
